My credit card has expired (or is about to expire). How do I update my billing details?

We don't currently have a way to update billing details. Instead, you'll need to cancel your existing recurring payment, and create a new one.

• Sign in to the platform and navigate to the Scheduled tab.
• Find the Scheduled donation associated with the expired details, click 'Cancel', and confirm.

Click 'Make a donation' at the top of the screen, which will let you create a new donation. Set the details of your Scheduled payment, including your updated card or billing details.
