Effective Giving Global Coordination and Incubation

The effective giving ecosystem is an interdependent network of over 60 organisations working to direct philanthropic resources where they can do the most good.

Within this network, some organisations focus on identifying high-impact philanthropic opportunities (evaluators), while others raise funds for them (fundraisers). Many play both roles.

At Giving What We Can, we help coordinate this global network and support the incubation of new effective giving initiatives worldwide. Our Partnerships Manager, Lucas Moore, focuses on:

1. Coordinating established effective giving organisations
Facilitating collaboration between existing organisations to increase operational effectiveness through shared knowledge, resources, and experience.

2. Incubating new and early-stage initiatives
Helping individuals and groups launch and grow effective giving projects by offering guidance and connecting founders with resources, networks, and expertise.

If you think Giving What We Can could support your work in the global effective giving field, please contact lucas.moore@givingwhatwecan.org. We may be able to help by:
